Port Harcourt is about the only state capital that did not witness vandalism, looting or killing of any sort due to strong leadership... if Wike has been docile and toothless like most governors Ipob with their deadly and devilish plans championed by Nnamdi kanu would have decimated the city like what happened in Calabar and Lagos. As for me the crackdown on ipob got my approval, my only concern is the innocent people in Oyigbo ...the Nigerian army and their primitive mentality will never follow the rule of engagement...their hard_on become super turgid when they see helpless civilians. I just wonder why the hausa/fulani residents in Oyigbo ain't complaining but ipob miscreants will be constituting nuisance all over the media space spreading falsehood on happenings in the place to elicit pathos from the public they all hate. 2 Likes 1 Share |

How come Wike is denying Obigbo of infrastructure development while building up other areas, now he has imposed crippling curfew and telling the Army that he will pay N20M to any of them who is killed or injured in the process of attacking IPOB, it's like he is on a revenge mission there |

forghe:No state government under our current unitary system can take care of all local governments in the state! I stand to be corrected! Devolution of powers is what we should clamor for. Where there is state and local government autonomy........This will ensure that governance will trickle down to communities, enable our those in position to be productive and ensure accountability from all our leaders from local to state! This may not be a ready solution to all our problems but its a step in the right direction! |

muykem:It was absolutely their plans. No ethnic group hates Rivers people like the Igbos. I dont know their reasons. When you go closer to them the heap of animosity they nurse for Rivers people is beyond human imagination. Wike knows this and immediately called Rivers people to end the EndSars campaign before those with ulterior motive would take advantage of it to unleash their venoms and mayhem on the public space. The Igbos should be advised to love themselves and love others. You can't exist alone. You want Rivers State and other N/Delta States to join your fathom Biafra but every day all you have for them are disdain, bitterness, dislike and hatred. No human would come near you. The Ikwerre man has become an eternal enemy to you people. It is quite unfortunate. 3 Likes 3 Shares |
