150k or a plot of land for himself to work on... and i specifically said open to negotiations... i can actually help him out during the plantation...so it's not just about making him do everything himself, it's a new farm and new investment though.. just growing and i understand the fact it's going to be hard,but it's a process and we are trusting the process yielding into a better result |
