its an investigation for Christ sake! same way a police investigation can and will be argued in court! but the scene of the crime will be locked down until the case is decided in court or it is declared no longer essiental to gathering of evidence!!!
Dont forget the LCC havent been exonerated of their alleged role in facilitating the crime!

Is there a case against the LCC in a Nigerian court. The police may be conducting their investigation likewise NSA/DSS and Army but the Lagos state executive constituted judicail panel doesn't have the constitutional power to make a legal pronouncement.
