In my one flat uncompleted house of 4 bedrooms,
I use 9 low energy bulbs,
A LED TV,
A fridge
Two fans
A TV decoder.

I have complained SEVERALLY via this channel and on Twitter about the EXHORBITANT estimated billing I receive monthly.
In spite of the fact that I make regular payments of N5,000 monthly the EXHORBITANT estimated billing keeps repeating itself.
At a particular month the billing was adjusted but later it returned to the OVERESTIMATED BILL again.

I would want you to please HELP READJUST THE BILL and PROVIDE ME WITH A PREPAID METRE

For one flat only with few accessories, they billed me 14k
NO borehole.
