LAGOS State Governor, Mr. Babatunde Fashola, on Saturday said that officials of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority were not empowered to arrest any traffic offender in the state.

Instead, the governor said they were expected to take photographs of traffic offenders which would be produced in the office where arrest could be initiated,

So you mean after four years in office, it's now he's knowing his LASTMA people arrest traffic offenders? It's either because he's trying to play politics and still remain in the good books, or he's not been in touch with governance in the real sense of the word! That being said, we all know BRF is unrivalled in this election.

Isn't it obvious, once election time is near, we begin to hear sympathetic words to soft pedal the angry mind of the populace.
And once the election is over, the Lion that assumed and or wear sheep clothing's resurface.

Am not surprise at all to say the least as more revelations will come up as election day draws more near.
