Following, the ease in the lockdown, with supposedly strict adherence in preventive measure like wearing of face mask and compulsory washing of hand or use of sanitizer, It seems that most Nigerians are now care free... Is it that the covid is gone or people generally feel comfortable without abiding by safety rules? |
