Job Vacancies In Nigeria: Qualifications Do Not Matter? by paschu: 11:51am On Mar 16, 2011 |
Job vacancies in Nigeria, just like in other countries (both the developed and developing) are surprisingly but successfully taken by aggressive job hunters not some bright and fine graduates with impeccable qualifications. The years of mediocrity are far gone. Get it right, no slight intended. Your qualifications – no matter how great – do not entitle you to jobs in Nigeria. Yes, it may earn you an interview but NEVER a job. The only thing that earns you a good job here is either your unique capacity and core competencies, or some kind of ‘long legs’. Let the truth be told. If you don’t have the proverbial ‘long legs’ you better get proactively serious; and learn exactly how to create a CV that would expose all your core competences; and powerfully match your unique capacity with the unique needs of each of your potential employers. That’s one of the major marks of distinction between job seeking and job hunting. Get the tools you need at: => http://jobs.bible-marriage-today.com
