Speaking on behalf of the vice chancellor of the University of Ibadan. As long as the school has authenticated the results, there is nothing you can do. When did Universities start insisting on 5 credits self ? People where doing it then and getting away with it. Remember what he submitted is bachelor degree and not O'level. If you are asking for his O'level, you are on your own
