This is sheer pre-operation advert.
Dangote and FG will start giving us excuses on why we should pay more for fuel after the refinery begins production.

I'm not too optimistic.

It doesn't mean 250k people would be employed at the refinery but that directly or indirectly, at least 250k jobs associated with the refinery would be created.

Just like MTN or Globacom does not have such a large workforce but the spinoff effect of their presence is huge.

At the end of the day, ab.okis won't bother to apply to work in dangote's refinery because dangote won't do quota system recruitment that will ruin all his efforts. It will be 70% southern employees and 30% foreigners.
The only job 95% of the abo.kis can do is govt job that they get through nepotism.
See how they have ruined Nigeria with quota system nepotism. Incompetent ab.okis appointed and employed into all govt jobs and parastatals

Same refinery they claimed will be ready by 2019 (due to election propaganda).
Has anyone been there? That place won't be ready even by next election.
Sellers are busy using the refinery to sell lands at ibeju and Alaro city, using the refinery as a selling point to gullible people.
