Are Webcams Available In Nigerian Cafes In Lagos ? by miskaty: 8:15pm On Mar 17, 2011
Is it possible to pay for webcam use in an online cafe in Lagos ? My online friend keeps avoiding confirming his identity by webcam, saying it is expensive and i need to send him $125 to BUY a webcam. Don't Lagos cafes provide webcams ? How much do they cost per hour ? Please help me.

Yes, it is only confirm his identity. I believe he has been scamming me , oh dear God. You ask who is contesting this ? He is , Donald Apolito who says he is Italian American but oddly
he has a Nigerian accent. I didn't know before what i am finding out now. I am so ashamed. Thanks for your help so very much. He has been avoiding confirming his identity with a webcam and keeps sending pictures but they seem posed and unnatural. I found out from an anonymous person that he is really Adio Olawale of Gbasemo Street, Aga in Lagos and he has over
$30K of my money to help him finish his import/export business and fly back to the states. I guess it was all a lie. God bless you all and thank you for your help. cry cry
