Do You Possess Any Of These Habits Affecting Your ICAN Exams Success... by planetpgold(m): 5:29pm On Nov 18, 2020
Timothy Here Again,

You are a subject to the law of habits. You did not make life and its laws. You only find yourself involved in them and you can understand and obey them.

You, in the nature of things, are a being of habit and this (nature of things) you cannot alter. But you can alter the nature of things. That is, you cannot alter the law of nature but you can adapt to nature.

Habit is repetition which can be at your advantage or disadvantage. You repeat the same thoughts, same experience, same action over and over again until they are incorporated into your being. Until they are built into your character as part of yourself.

So, if a habit is repetitive actions, then you should focus more on the habit that will aid your success in any life's endeavor.

Although, there are different types of habit. However, for you as an ACA-in-waiting, we will be focusing more on study habits. Since habit is part of your life, the question is what type of study habit have adopted that is either aiding us or preventing you from qualifying or moving to the next stage.

-Do you make a habit of preparing a study time table whenever you want to write an exam?

-Do you make it a habit of studying daily?

-Have you made it an of continuous study 2weeks left to the exams?

-have you made it a habit to be studying and checking social media like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc at the same time?

-Have you made it a habit of cramming instead of understanding the concepts

-have you made it a habit of reading selected topics in the syllabus.

-have you made it a habit to always embrace change?

-Have you made it a habit to always finish the syllabus?

-because you want to justify your belief that you will read for several hours, have you developed the habit for "reading sake", whereas nothing sticks to your memory again after 30minutes into studies.

-Have you developed the habit of writing off-context?

-Have you developed the habit of not following the Examiner's simple instruction?

-have you developed the habit of going to the exam hall late?

-have you developed the habit of procrastinating in your studies?

-have you developed the habit of postponing writing your exams at the sight of any excuse?

-have you developed the habit of waiting for the perfect condition?

-do you have these..............habits that made you give up on ICAN Exams?

So, if your study habit is standing in your way, then you need to change it and by evaluating your same actions and uncontrolled thoughts.
