This is a very dangerous statement. So Niger Delta oil belong to govt but Zamfara gold belong to Zamfara bah?

Hhmmm...you these Mallams why are you guys so naive, silly and very insensitive in everything?

If Niger Delta boys goes back to creek to make same statement its then the quack General called Buranta will become expert in Millitary tactics killing them or declaring them wanted.

Who did the state government buy the goldmines from? That's the key question.

He said, “The state government doesn’t own any portion of the goldfields throughout the state and is not involved in mining activities.”
The commissioner maintained that the state government only used to buy the gold from the illegal miners in order to prevent the commodity from being smuggled out of the country or sold out to bandits.
“What the state government does is to buy the gold so that it doesn’t fall into wrong hands who in return sell it outside the country and purchase weapons for the bandits.”

Just imagine buying gold from the illegal miners and they know them. We've gone past these things abeg. Why don't they arrest the illegal miners. They've just scored an OWN GOAL.
....They are not wise at all.

Own goal is even an under statement.

Good morning

Why should government buy sth owned by Nigerians from people mining it illegally?

Shouldn't the government clamp down on these illegal miners?

Just imagine the level of confidence in madness. Imagine Niger Delta States saying that they are not drilling themselves but they are buying crude oil from illegal bunkerers so they won't be selling the crude oil to militants. Will the Federal Sharia North Government of Nigeria not send their killer army to destroy everywhere? Can you see how FRAUDULENT and NEPOTISTIC the core Sharia North States are? The South needs to unite and break away from Nigeria, and then we can go our separate ways and form our independent countries afterwards. This current arrangement is a SCAM. By the special grace and power of the Supreme Being that created this Universe, Buhari will be the last president of Nigeria.

There can't be a better time to restructure this country than now.
Can you imaging the insult on the sensibility of other regions that are contributing there resources faithfully to the federal government?

You are absolutely right. This is the right time to restructure this country. But will the south south leaders support it, considering how much they benefit from the system? We all know its not gonna be feasible. Except the masses come out and protest yet again for restructuring now. Let the whole economic activities but put on a stand still till it is done. Meaning Labour Union will have to support. That's the only way out. And u and I know there's definitely gonna be bloodbath for this to ever come through. Truth is only revolution can bring about restructuring in this country. I don't see any other way!
