Meet the Nigerian Behind the Pfizer Vaccine Meet Nigerian born Dr Onyeama Ogbuagu, who is at the core of developing the much needed vaccine for the United States Govt. He is one of the twin sons of Prof. Chibuzo Ogbuagu (former VC of ABSU and Abia SSG). His parents had the twins in New Haven CT when they went for their doctoral programs at Yale. The Ogbuagu's returned to Nigeria where Onyeama studied medicine and then returned to the US and Yale of course.
