I dont understand what is happening to my phone connection. Phoniex, youtube go, polaris bank app, mozilla, opera mini are not connecting on mtn and glo network while chrome, YouTube, whatsapp are connecting. Pls what can i do to rectify it.

Which phone is this? Hope it's not transsion? If it's, that what they do best. Talking from experience.

Go to settings then apps

check if app data connection or background data connection or So is enabled
might work

Upgrade, Finish. Most applications are upgrading and are not compatible with old version phones.

try updating your device, then download the go versions of the apps from play store

try updating your device and see it that helps
