Our Client is a foremost media communication agency seeking to recruit a Personal Assistant for the Executive Director/General Manager.

ROLE PROFILE
Job Title: Personal Assistant to Executive Director/General Manager (ED/GM)
Job Summary: To provide secretarial and administrative support to the office of the ED/GM
Job Description:
 Management of the ED/GM diary and appointments
 Manage output, workflow and office deadlines
 Take and relay accurate and timely messages from telephone callers, and answer queries where possible
 Collect and Manage letters and other correspondences
 Draft, type and dispatch all the ED/GM correspondence
 Schedule meetings, prepare agenda’s and take minutes for all meetings.
 Maintain a comprehensive filing system
 Co-ordinate travelling logistics, organize local transportation etc.
 Tabulate and retrieve ED/GM official expenditures and claims
 Undertake any other duties as requested by the ED/GM
Qualification
 Male aged between 24 - 28 years.
 Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial studies or Humanities
 Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
 Excellent people skills, team player, hard working, flexible and disciplined manner
 Strong interpersonal skills, open-minded, proactive, result-driven and self-confidence
 Able to work under pressure and possess systematic organizational skills
 Strong MS Office skills and computer knowledge
 High level of professionalism when dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
Job Location: Lagos
Salary Range : 1 Million Naira per annum
