A new digital platform company in Lagos is looking to fill the following vacancies immediately

Title: Platform support executive

Role: To Support customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
We need a customer support personnel to help onboard new users and provide ongoing assistance

Job Description:
• This person must be able to answer or escalate all questions regarding multiple products, services and platform issues, and facilitate the resolution of questions
• The Support Specialist is the primary point of contact for supporting the site, so they must have a positive attitude and desire to help others in utilization of the site applications.
• Planning, development and execution of national digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, web site strategy and design, social media, mobile, and deliverables.
• Developing and coordinating multimedia packages

Desired Skills & Experience Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in English, bilingual a plus.
• Ability to work well within a team in an office.
Ability to gain the cooperation of others in pursuit of company goals.
