Just like most guys, I failed the No Nut November Challenge every month of the year. I was in trouble, looking for who to help me. Only for me to realise that i was unsaveable It is easy to conclude that no one can get free from this addiction, knowing fully well how annoying and painful it can be to think you have overcome, only to realise that you're back again. But if I can do it. So can you. I'm not special or more moral than you. I just applied a simple principle that I'll be sharing in my Freedom Course 1.0. Ok bro,,,these information am about to share would help you very well ,,,have been a victim and I suffered a lot from it.. for 5yrs now,,have been clean .. 1,Remove all porn Delete all porn from your devices.Also get rid of all bookmarks to porn sites as well as your browser history. 2.Consider a porn blocker and an ad blocker app on your device 3.Get an accountability partner Don't fight this fight alone. Tell someone you can trust.. 4.Keep a journal Support yourself by keeping a record of your progress day by day. 5. Exercise It's an excellent distraction from urges,and would also improve your self-confidence and fitness,..Exercise is a solid mood regulator. Scientists surmise that it can help ease addiction because acute bouts of exercise increase dopamine concentrations, and regular exercise leads to sustained increases in dopamine and related adjustments. 6.Socializing Go out meet people and interact with them, create connection and companionship. 7.Meditation It strengthens what addiction has weakened, even as it quiets the primitive parts of your brain that drive impulsive behaviour(masturbation).. Somebody once said "Don't think about quitting your addiction. Instead you should learn how to meditate. Know and Avoid Your Triggers i.e any external factors that make you think about masturbation: e.g TV shows and movies with erotic content, porn flashbacks, even your state of mind too can be a trigger like boredom, anxiety, stress, depression, loneliness, rejection, fatigue, frustration, anger, failure, feeling sorry for yourself, desire to reward yourself for an accomplishment, overconfidence, jealousy, and being hung-over. 10.Prayer... This is the most important,,,,...
