Highlighting the absence of limit of the nigerian military to vanquish psychological militants who day by day murder the two regular people and the military in his state specifically, Borno State lead representative, Professor Babagana Zulum on Monday encouraged the Federal government to enlist the administrations of unfamiliar soldiers of fortune in the battle against Boko Haram and Islamic State in West Africa Province (ISWAP).



Zulum recognized this in Maiduguri when a Federal Government assignment visited to sympathize with him on the homicide of around 110 rice ranchers on Saturday while reaping their produce in Zabarmari, a town under 20 kilometers from the state capital.



Zulum, while examining with the 7-man assignment drove by Senate President, Ahmad Lawan said it had become evident that nigerian security powers were unequipped for overcoming the psychological militants.
