Ganduje may have been corrupt, just like every other politicians,ALL OF THEM. But that dose not remove his competency and intelligency.He has some laudable projects to his name and mouth watering policies that has kept his government in shape, so these and more qualities are capable of getting him national and international awards and recognitions..
