Of course, if you want to prevent a hangover, you can always drink something without alcohol. (Low-alcohol and non-alcoholic beers are pretty good these days - we've got a few favorites.) But if you want to feel the real thing, you don't have to end up hungover. But, before we start the main topic, I will like to alert all of you to avoid any kind of viagra or Manforce Tablet when drinking alcohol. It may cause some serious side effect which may lead to death.

Suppose you're partying at Zoom, outside in real life, or enjoying a few people you live with. In that case, you can use strategies while drinking that will help you avoid the dreaded hangover of tomorrow.

Part of preventing hangovers is knowing how much you can drink and at what pace. (So no, no one has invented a magic prevention pill that allows you to binge drink without your body paying for it.) The rest is taking strategic sips and knowing what to eat or supplement before pouring something into a glass.

These are the best ways to enjoy what you are drinking while avoiding a hangover.

1. Drink enough water when you drink alcohol

Always keep a glass of water and sip it between sips of your favorite beverage. Consistent consumption of water at night can help slow the absorption of alcohol into the bloodstream. Two drinks a day is the limit for men to stay healthy. "Go past this," says George Koob, PhD., Director of the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism, "especially on a vacant stomach and in progression, and you're asking the body and brain to react."

2. Try to include some food with vitamin B complex

This can ease the symptoms of a hangover or prevent it from occurring. Keep Vitamin B complex or Zincovit Tablet in the bag when you drink excessively. They are part of the metabolic process of breaking down alcohol and its harmful by-products like acetaldehyde, a toxin.

3. Eat at drinking time

Order a plate with healthy fats like cheese or nuts and snack while you drink. Even a drink garnish can help. "Eat the celery on your Bloody Mary," says Dorfman. Hey, it's a vegetable packed with useful nutrients like potassium, folic acid, manganese, vitamins K, C, B-6; the list goes on.

4. Beware the darkest drinks

Darker alcohols like cognac, bourbon, or whiskey have congeners known to cause more severe hangovers than lighter liquids like vodka, gin, or tequila. "The congeners in alcohol are products that don't just break down and stay in the bloodstream," according to Robert Glatter, MD, an emergency room physician at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City. If you are prone to hangovers, Dorfman suggests avoiding congeners as much as possible.

5. Drink before

Reduce the effects of staying up late and drinking until the wee hours of the morning by starting earlier in the day. This will give you some time to eat a full meal before bed. "Avoid that terrible sleepless night by replacing lost nutrients earlier," advises Dorfman.
