Election Monitoring System (EMS) is an application built to monitor your election results, and helps you to sustains the original result(s) from ridging. As we all know that one or more Political Parties can manipulate results, this application will help you and your party against ridging.

How?

1) You get INEC Registered Voters and store it in the application before election
2) Configure areas the election covers. e.g. Country, State, Local Government Area, Polling Units
3) Add Candidates running for the election
4) Create Users accounts like admin, supervisor, and polling unit inspectors (PUI).
5) The Application comes with mobile app for Polling Unit Inspectors called Polling Unit Inspector System
6) Assign Polling Unit Inspectors (PUI) to their base (area) on the app.
7) Get Android Phone/Tablets for your polling unit inspectors (PUI) and install Polling Unit Inspector System Mobile app on them.
[b]Please note: [/b]Polling Unit Inspectors (PUIs) enter Election results at the different polling unit through the mobile app, and as they enter it, you are seeing the result immediately wherever you are through the backend system.
At real-time, EMS shows you the candidate results, as well as difference between total vote and INEC Registered Voters.

If total vote is greater than total number of INEC Registered Voters in that particular area (covered by the election), know there is ridging.
Then, As a contestant (Candidate) you can file a complain.
