sad.. Only God can help Nigeria. Everyone knows that Nigeria is being punished by God for all the evil being perpetuated on our soil.. Rape, murder, Corruption, Ritual Killings, Abortion, Blasphemy, Bigotry, Hate, Greed, Civil Disobedience, Yahoo Yahoo/Fraud, Adultery, Fornication, etc.. are some of the reasons God is punishing us..

Unless we repent and ask for mercy, no amount of military action can save Nigeria.. So the proper thing to do is seek the face of God.. But that's after we must have repented and asked God for forgiveness..

On this note, I urge the government to declare 1 month fasting and prayer, while all Nigerians should be ordered to tear their clothes and put on sackcloth and ashes as we lament and confess our sins.. And ask God for mercy.. Once this is done, the glory of Nigeria will be returned..

May God help and heal Nigeria. sad

At last, this zombie agrees that things are not ok under buhari.

What is happening in Nigeria today is because people like you prefer stupidity to sense.

Does that even make any sence?
If this government intend to flush out Boko Haram in a week. it's something they can do.
but politics and Religion won't let them.

Not sure you read the post. The seminar is not for prayers but for scholars to come up with superior arguments against the logic behind the belief system of the terrorists.

Maybe because god doesn't approve the criminalization of homosexuality or casters of the first stone.

Hahahahaha.....seriously...military chaplains want a part of the action and perhaps the perks. They are tired of performing funeral rites.... Qatari dollars ringing.... grin

Anyway it was a serious suggestion I gave a long while back as an important tool in beating this insurgency.

We should realise that ideological driven militancy is almost impossible to defeat by force of arms. The Vietnam war was one. The wars in parts of Iraq and Afghanistan is another. They have no military solutions.

To defeat a radically indoctrinated group you have to weaken its backbone, adulterate its fuel and its engine grounds to a halt with time.

If this is what they intend to do, it is welcome and shows they are giving this war some serious thought. However, this should not be the role of the military.

Programs such as these and other deradicalization, soft power initiatives are purely the responsibility of the civilian administration. And I will be lying if I say I am not disappointed with the total absence of civil input in this war at all levels, local, state and Federal, civic, traditional, religious leadership, Executives, Representatives, are all conspicous by their absence.

Everyone needs to come together to work on a deradicalization, counter ideology strategy to snatch the narrative from Boko and ISWAP. It will end this thing quicker.

The main problem is the conspiracy and crime against the igbos.
If that is not as addressed or solved, then forget Nigeria
You people can continue to play the ostrich.
When you are tired, you will do the right thing.
You think that the blood of people especially children in the asaba massacre and others are not crying to God.
Don’t forget that SE is the bedrock of Christianity in Nigeria. The jihadist didn't penetrate us.
Go and ask the Egyptians how God dealt with them because of the Israelites

Since we are now going spiritual. Let's right our wrongs

exactly
Wolgrace:
“A one day seminar on spiritual warfare organized by the Nigerian army has opened in Abuja with a call on army clerics to come up with stronger ideologies to counter the religious beliefs of terrorists groups ravaging the peace of the country.”

The greatest and paramount ravager of the country is CORRUPTION by our corrupt leaders, both past and present.. Religious belief system and ideology is an ancient political tool of fear, oppression, intimidation, dictatorship, and control.

-Aiming at the tools of destruction without pulling down totally the manufacturers is a total waste of time and negative energy of fighting a just cause. It’s like chasing a shadow.. It’s like seizing a farmer’s hoe when he still has many tools at hand.

We all know bokoharam packaged with religious belief system and ideology is a tool in the hands of the manufacturers. The manufacturers made it happen, it didn’t happen on its own..

-So painful seeing Christian ministers who are suppose to be ministers of offensive truth to the world being tossed up and down by the people of the world who manifest the works of their god. The corrupt elites end up using godless, fatherless and angel less spirituality under the guise of prayer section to brainwash the masses as if they really care in the first place. WOE UNTO THEM!!

“If insurgency lasts for more than 24 hours, the government has a hand in it.” Late Gen. Sani Abacha

If they care, and they truly do, let him who fail at discharging his duties resign peacefully. The continuous cycle of it will spring up rapid development because it will create more rooms for the right thinking and acting people to govern the affairs of the nation with God given talents and abilities..

So, using this deceptive arrangement without any remorse and resignation is a strong sign of their involvement in the ongoing insurgencies. The godless spirituality arrangement is another invented tool of covering their top secrets and demonic involvements and also a means to extend their evil rule and reign over the peaceful..

THEY PLAN DECEITFUL MATTERS AGAINST THEM THAT ARE QUIET IN THE LAND.~ Negro Hebrew King, David the Psalmist..

My response was to your question why a country that approves homosexuality would prosper. As for the not believing in God, that's not entirely true. There are many atheist and agnocists in Canada but it would be overreaching to call the entire country "a country that does not believe in God". It's like calling Nigeria a country of criminals. Canada is extremely diverse. In fact, Toronto is the most diverse city in the world. Just like the US, Canadian people are from different backgrounds and many still retain their cultures and religious beliefs. There are churches, synagogues, mosques, etc. maybe not as much as there are in Nigeria but just enough for the people. Canadian oaths still call on God. It's just a secular country in the sense that people are allowed to practice any non harmful religion while no particular religion's belief system influences national polices or laws.
