To ur question, I don't think the woman should look for another Job, the comptroller in DPR does almost nothing, except sitting in office from morning till Night and buy bole and fish.
On the other me, I do more work than he does, I have to check on those that the government send for short training and always give daily update on how things are moving.
If the woman is among the leagues of those that are the Ogas who earn 1.5m to 2.5m, she will not do much work but if she is around the 120k to 600k, my dear, she go work tirelessly. If she come be gatewoman, she go steadily open and close gates, no time to even go buy bole.
Those with top office doesn't do much work but those in average office does so many work

Wao that's cool, what negative effect do you think it will have on a married woman raising kids, would you rather she opt for another job especially if the husband is well to do and can take care of all her financial needs

It all depends on her spouse cos not all well to do men would want their wife doing such job especially if it takes most of their time.

Like the first man said above, I would also rather open a good biz for her (not married yet) cos I also don't like it much not for selfish reasons but to prevent her getting stressed.

I have a close friend and brother from same tribe who owns a paint production industry here and his wife got a job in one of the biggest oil companies in Nigeria with juicy income but he told her to reject the offer which she did and he set up a good bizness for her.

Like I said, it depends on the man if he would allow it.
