The best government could do is design a more effective artisanal refining process that will help this young chaps, a cheaper and eviromental friendly and effective distillation and storage process shoukd be designed for this people and provide a legal route for crude purchase at cheaper rate and this should be strictly for locals this is the only way pipeline vandlisim can be stopped and also curb enviromental degradation. However on the brighter side this guys can be taxed minimally and also this will help curb issues of petrol and disel importation to a very large extent and also bring down price of petroleum product along the line |

Cjrane2: Exactly! Who polices the Zamfara youths and politicians mining the national gold and pocketing the money alone? The Federal Government doesn't like to talk about the theft of the gold resources, but they will all shine their eyes on the oil resources! |
