Pls is it possible for someone to withdraw money from your account with your cheque number and cheque book,I want to know if someone close to me has been scammed

If his signature is forged well and the amount withdrawn is withing the limit before the acct owner is called then yes.

Not possible, such a thief needs your account number or card number to clone your ATM.

Do not be careless with your ATM card number, it makes you prone to cloning
