What is PDP? Is it a name of an animal or stone?
Re: PDP Reps Demand Impeachment Of Buhari by poseidon12: 8:38pm On Dec 06, 2020
Very appropriate call. Buhari needs to be impeached asap. And Northerners need to lead the move for impeachment. Impeachment is long overdue.

Impeachment is part and parcel of our democratic process. It is a lawful way of removing the president. [s]if they follow the constitution and have the numbers. The question then is, do they have the numbers?[/s]

[s]If they don’t (we all know the don’t), they are simply on a time and resource wasting effort. The only thing they would achieve with this is to heat up the polity unnecessarily.[/s]

Fixed! You're welcome, compatriot.

If Nigerians are normal people, they should have the numbers to impeach Buhari. The impeachment does not have to be along party or ethnic lines. At this point, Buhari should be impeached before he does irreversible damage to Nigeria.

This is the worst president in Nigeria's history

Not possible with this current corrupt rubber stamp national assembly.
Re: PDP Reps Demand Impeachment Of Buhari by ogbonti: 9:19pm On Dec 06, 2020
My submission is that Buhari should be impeached and replaced - NOT BY OSINBAJO - BUT by another northerner from APC - possibly from Katsina, Kano, Kaduna or Jigawa to run the remaining 30 months of his tenure - so that the north wont see it as a ploy to short change them (APC and PDP should meet and amend the 1999 constitution to let APC run a party primary to pick Buhari's successor from his own people (geo-political zone) to complete Buhari's tenure which should end in 2023 May 29, because of the tribal and regional peculiarity of the situation.

Buhari does not deserve to be President for One day extra - that is my very candid opinion - All I see are the countless lives that will be lost before May 29, 2023 if this man is not shown the door INSTANTA - HE NEEDS TO GO AND FAST - my only reason is that

BUHARI IS TONE DEAF TO CRIES AND PLEAS FROM THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY TO SACK THE SERVICE CHIEFS - maybe he took blood oath with them never to fire them for no reason - but we should not allow his incompetence to cost needless lives - HE SHOULD GO AND LIVE WITH THE SERVICE CHIEFS IN DAURA - my God, what the heck is wrong with Nigerian legislators? They treat Buhari like a King when he is supposed to be an employee of the Nigerian people ? - damn, our brains are severely malfunctioning in naija - IMPEACH THE MAN FAST - DAMN IT angry angry angry angry angry angry angry

The best I've seen of PDP! Impeach him . . . it may not likely lead to him being removed from office, but let him know Nigeria is not his inheritance, we the people own the country, and right now, President Buhari is a liability!

They are simply chasing after shadow as impeachment of any president in Nigeria is almost impossible. The president and vice are from different regions of the country, and because the country is so divded along regional line, no region will see their president impeached for one from another region to take over.
It's unfortunate but the real situation we find ourselves in Naija.

which North, the one that passed a vote of no confidence on him or another one

Nearly impossible with current set ups even though it is a good move to see if anything little could still be salvageable from the drowning country. Again "nearly impossible". He should be rather encouraged to resign respectfully.
