DelTel:
Will it change the inefficiency at and around port operations.
It will reduce it with time and off course if the port users and officials are willing to follow due process and cooperative in their activities. You don't expect Osinbajo to monitor or carryout their duties for them.
It just requires integrity on their path

This is the best thing because the process would eliminate bureaucratic bottlenecks faced by port users and reduce the opportunity for illegal demands in the ports.

This can be achievable, with the cooperation of our anti-corruption agencies and ensuring synergy among themselves.

Remember those 100 Golden days that President Buhari was on medical vacation in the United Kingdom and Vice President Yemi Osinbajo was the acting president. How everything in Nigeria was taking shape and sanity was restored to Niger Delta and the Naira was appreciating like magic and life was becoming better by the day. It will be a thing of shame if Nigerians forget these things so fast and hand over the leadership of this great nation into a non-tested fellow hand all in the name of politics, that will plunge this nation into further economic woes. Naija youth please think deeply, this is 2020 not 1999. The future of our great nation is in our hands. We have the number to change the game. We should not allow them use religion, ethnicity or sentiment to divide us. Let us route for and vote the right person for this job and see our nation become great again!

This dumbass fool from southern region of Nigeria only talk about entry points in the southern Nigeria while the entry points in northern region of Nigeria are express roads. I hate everything about Nigeria which is completed one-sided and watered by the Yoruba. I must say other southern Nigerians should quickly consider a Republic in southern Nigeria without Yoruba.

Any manual/SOP without sanctions to erring govt agency personnel is just rhetorics!

For instance, how can Customs inspect consignment whilst inside the Port, give a pass mark to be cleared and same Customs would also stop the same consignment at either the Port Exit Gate, or on the highway, or at warehouses and claim it was either undervalued, or illegal, or contraband or whatever.

Meanwhile, no sanctions to the customs officials that physically inspected and authorized the release of the consignment initially (connived) with the importer and/or agent.

Another example is the recklessness of shipping and terminal operators especially Sallaum, Five Star Logistics, Grimaldi etc on RoRo vehicles. These companies collects exorbitant fees but can not secure goods in their care. Vehicles parts are vandalized, damaged by their ad-hoc staff making importers lose millions. They never pay compensation to anyone. These companies are majorly international companies and can not try such in their respective home countries but, of cos, Nigeria is a country of anything goes. Several petitions to NPA, NCCPC formerly CPC are never attended to.

I will stop at both examples for now.
