Weak argument. If the artists acted responsibly and declined to perform, the fans won't show up. They need to be made a scapegoat. Which rule of law? Their president was campaigning two days ago before the show with over ten thousand people. They have elections and crowd are gathering everywhere.

Thank you for pointing out the real issue. It is a case of some people feeling slighted, and want to settle scores by all means. At first, I was shocked to see them in cuffs. But I know better now.
