Mr man confirmation of Electoral College votes is the EXCLUSIVE responsibility of Congress. No Governor or Secretary of State can certify anything, stop saying rubbish you don't know about. Until the Electoral Votes are counted in Congress and the Senate President announces the winner, nothing is official yet. All the voting taking place today will be compiled and forwarded to Congress, not any Governor.

In USA laws, if the electoral college meets and there are still uncounted/uncertified votes, the state legislators step in, discard popular votes, appoint new electors. That will favour Trump. That was his game plan. All the bullshit cases he was bringing was just to delay the states' vote certifications, but it failed. All 50 states certified, electors will vote accordingly. Trump knows he is out.
