Roles & Responsibilities
•Assisting to oversee the recruitment process for all levels of employees and ensuring a comprehensive onboarding/orientation process for new employees.
• Working with the Line Manager to ensure compliance to operating procedures and processes to achieve optimal employee performance.
•Assisting to prepare group wide payroll while maintaining competitive compensation and benefits structure.
•Assisting to Organize and coordinate internal and external trainings for all levels of employees and generating reports to help improve work processes and further identify training gaps.
•Ensuring the processing of all payments in compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations.
•Assisting to maintain an effective employee relations system that promote conducive work environment, implement objective reward and disciplinary system, establish sustainable welfare packages and paid attention to employee feedbacks.
•Maintaining employee database, both electronic and paper-based records and ensuring and they are continuously reviewed and updated.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Candidate MUST be computer literate - MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point
- Good communications skills - verbal and written
- Integrity & Honesty with a sound work ethic and have a "can do" mentality

Other Requirements
- Candidate must be a recent graduate (a law degree would be an added advantage)
- Candidate should be resident within the Ikeja area or any of its immediate environs
- A female would be preferable
- Less than 30 years of age
- Remuneration is N45k but negotiable (excluding a monthly telephone allowance)
