PPR just dropped. First application was with my son. The VO was not convinced that I could take care of him. Second application, I applied without my son and tackled the VOs concern...... I applied Dec 17, Sep 2020 intake. Received NSE request on 23rd Dec. Sent IELTS on 9th January, got a confirmation message on Feb 5, medicals passed on Feb 3 ( upfront medicals) Started classes online... More details to follow soon. 24 Likes 1 Share |

Dear gurus in the house, Lekiboboe JustMellow OtunbaTee Please female a look at how I want to gather my POF 1. My mum will be my main sponsor and my uncle(who bears the same surname with me) will be my cosponsor) 2. My mum has 4 million plus in her bank accounts, she is planning to take a 'loan" of 2.5m from the cooperative(1.3m is actually her money and 1.2m is the actual loan, but you have to take a "loan" to take both your money and the actual loan). My co-sponsor will send her a gift deed of 5m (there will be papers to prove these eg LOE, affidavit) 3. Now my cosponsor is a Canadian citizen, will that affect my application in any way. I also have proof of his commitment in help as this isn't the first time he will be helping me. 4. Is the POF ok |

Longjonjoe: Hello, did you attach your IELTS result for NSE |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 18 by Nobody: 8:52am On Feb 22, 2021 |
Alabig22: It’s for your visa to be processed through NSE(Nigeria student express) within 20 days of the request.if you do not provide it they will process your application through the normal route. If you have the required documents submit it,if you do not have you can work towards it before the deadline. However the 20 days is really working Cs I haven’t seen anyone that got approved within that period but you can be lucky and be the first. Just try to do your best. I also got the request and submitted 24th December but nothing yet till now. 1 Like |

stephanie94: Hi Stephanie! Firstly, yes you can definitely apply for a PGC with a 2.68 CGPA. You should consider Cambrian College, they offer a good Early Childhood Education program (co-op). However, I don’t quite understand your backstory, can you please clarify. So you are currently doing your masters and at the same want to apply for a PGC? 1 Like |

West0099: Bro, like advised. You can get an immigration lawyer to help you cos clearly its an error from the visa officer. As for immigration lawyer, i have no clue about how to get them but twitter can help BUT IMMIGRATION LAWYERS ARE EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE O. You can as well reapply writing a convincing LOE letting the VO know about the error. |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 18 by kelvine95: 9:55am On Feb 22, 2021 |
West0099: 1. The most important issue from all raised by the VO is your relationship with your sponsor. If he/she is not your dad or mum, then there is already an issue. Saying someone else wanna sponsor you for 3 to 4 years in Canada is actually not easy, and the Visa Officer is not buying into that. 2. Yes, they made a mistake in your age, and that most likely influenced the visa officer to talk about your employment status. In your next application just state it clearly. State that you are 18yrs old, left secondary school so and so, and state also what you have been up to between when you left secondary school and when you are applying. Please state this sensibly and with proof. For example, if you are already an undergraduate student in Nigeria, you shouldn't add such information. 3. For Int'l travel, that don't really matter mehn. Many people get Visa approve even when they have not left their village before. I doubt if you would be denied for that some reason. 4. Please properly write your goals and aspirations. Convince the VO that studying in Canada is worthwhile for you. If you can fix (1) and (2), just reapply and stay optimistic. 3 Likes |

Hi everyone, good morning. How long does it take these guys to review ones eligibility and give a verdict? My last visa application I got a refusal 3 days after my eligibility started. Just curious. |
