LOL.... OMO You must work otherwise you will be going against the terms and conditions of your Study permit..
Also you must if you have any plans of PR plus you need a canadian job experience.

Lollll I don't think this is correct. You are not going against any terms and conditions by refusing to work. You are only going against the terms and conditions if you work more than the required hours(20 hrs a week). No one is forcing you to get a job but if you're wise, you will.

Pls I wanna ask? Is it compulsory to work while schooling.
Can I just get to school without not doing the 20 hours per week job?
Thank you
It's not compulsory, but if you plan on staying in Canada after your studies, you need the Canadian work experience otherwise, it may be hard to get a job.

I will advise you get to Canada first before changing program. I have a friend that already started PHD for like a year and later change to Master and her funding was not revoked though she was fully funded

Hi Ayokaq,

Pls i need you to explain how you tackle your refusal reasons of personal asset and financial status. I’m trying to work on mine and I realized you have once tackled and passed the particular reason. I pmd you already, please respond.

OKAY, WHY WILL HE BE ISSUED A WORK PERMIT IF HE WONT USE IT.. Anyway i might be wrong but i feel its against the rules
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE APPLICANT WISHES TO APPLY FOR A PR IN FUTURE, WHAT WILL BE HIS EVIDENCE OF WORK EXPERIENCE

From the wisdom of my vast experiences, I wouldn't advice you to apply with same account statement. You're trying to cheat the immigration system of Canada and when caught in such ACT, you may be found inadmissible to Canada for a period of 5-years. Consequently, my professional advice for you is to wait until your brother's application has been completed and a decision reached on his file. IRCC are a team of smart people and are quick to pick out irregularities on any file submitted to them. It's also possible your application goes to same visa officer processing your brother's file. Who knows?

Please don't try it.

It will end in praise
Thank you SIR Frankrobbn1
What if I use another family member's statement of account or what do you advise I do to avoid not missing this year's intake

I also plan on attending Lambton College, what step have you taken, if it's okay with you, we can connect via email keturahkalio@gmail.com.

WIHELMINA:
Hello Everyone, I got my acceptance letter yesterday from Lambton College for a 2-year Post graduate certificate program. I was asked to make a payment deposit of $7500 for the first semester before I can apply for study permit visa.
Please, how good is the college? And what are the necessary things I need to put into consideration for the visa application?

I have sent several mails, I even sent a mail to a parliament member of the constituent where my school is based. They also helped me enquire into the status of my application, same generic reply that my application is still under active review. No one can predict how IRCC works sha, but I know I will testify soon and I will keep sending mails. Thanks a lot

Rootiab:
WHAT WORKED FOR ME WAS PRAYER AND EMAILS. I SEND MAILS 3 TIMES A WEEK, SOMETIMES MORE AND ON THE 17TH I SENT 3 MAILS AND IN THE AFTERNOON I GOT PPR

Honestly, this is cheating. Why will you go for a phD, collect the funding and then terminate after a year and say its masters you want to do. This way, you have just wasted your supervisors time. This particular reason (people applying for phD, collecting funding and rounding up as masters) is now on the watch in the US schools. Later now when they start refusing phD candidates from Nigeria, someone will shout Buhari. Its better you make your decision known before starting.

Infact I've been doing that since last week

I'm hopeful

Benquip:
Please first of all check if your application is still within the processing time whether regular or NSE if it has Elapsed do send webforms and mails. That what I did as advised by experienced gurus in this thread...

It will end in PRAISE..

Genuinely answer this question; "will your family be able to afford sponsoring you and your sibling in Canada at same time?" If No, then you already know the answer.

There are situations beyond your control sometimes that make you change. Also dont forget career progression in the part of visa application process too.
Finally, dont forget that it is because of greener pastures most people prefer Canada for postgraduate studies there are many countries including the Uk where PhD is done for just three years with full funding now if it is for the love of study why go to America or Canada where it is 4 to 5 years?

Study permit allows you to work, should you choose to. If you can afford your school fees and living expenses without working, you do not have to work.

Recxa is right, working more than 20 hours a week would be against the rules, choosing not to work is not breaking the rules.

Many students have study permits without working, it all depends on how deep your pocket is.
