[quote author=NwanyiOkpa post=101412103] i notarized both documents for 8,000 or there about. Price varies with lawyer as it isn't a fixed price. The first notary i contacted requested for 15 000 for each document so i left him and ran away.[ Is contacting a lawyer different from the one you notarize in a court? |

Rootiab: So he has finally done a charge back for the tuition he helped you pay after swearing up and down that you should pay him since he’s honoured his part of your agreement. Kai!!! I hope those who were telling you he wasn’t a scammer can now see what you were trying to say all along. What a despicable human being! I hope for your sake you’re now ready to go directly to the bank and make use of Form A to pay your tuition as you were advised to do long ago. Although it may not be the fastest (depending on the bank you use) but, NO OTHER MEANS IS CHEAPER, SURER OR SAFER THAN FORM A FOR TUITION PAYMENT. {It’ll Surely End In Praise for Us All} 8 Likes |

From my little knowledge, you have to show consistency and progression. Either academic progression or work progression. And you have to explain the switch very well in your SOP. Kindly note that I am an applicant too, and o don't know much. But this is my opinion EmeeNaka: 1 Like |

We come here daily to complain about the delay and harsh treatment IRCC dish out to we Nigerians (even those with good intentions). For everytime we have this discussion, some persons say antecedents & ghost of our predecessors are hunting us daily. Now look at this Amaku guy defrauding his so-called Nigeria brothers and sisters all in the name of help. This is heartbreaking and pathetic to say the list. You don't mind ruining peoples career cause of 235 CAD not fair at all, this super wrong and disgusting knowing it is coming from a Nigerian. Little wonder Indians get approved within days while we're pleading for months, if as little as 235 CAD could motive someone to cause another man tears and lifetime agony, then there's no hope. Many of us really need to seat ourselves down and speak nothing but reality to our self. All the lads that genuine help people here, they're been prayed for daily and 1 thing is certain, if the power of my tongue is that great, someone on the next post might have a greater tongue that will bless the works of these genuine guys hand. Nobody builds others and his/her things remain dismantled. No Man If 235 CAD is all that matters, please continue the hideous act, nothing last forever thou. Stay safe all and be vigilant, please let your eyes be wide open like HALOGEN. God no go shame us oo 22 Likes |

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 18 by Mobi22: 9:40am On May 06, 2021 |
marcelonwa: She’s a first time applicant.. But she isn’t bothered hence she has study Visa for US but she wanted to try Canada based on the flexible tution for the bolded -That’s the sad truth but we all have to keep being positive..ircc don’t see Nigerian applicants as study permit holders They see us now as immigrants. It will end it praise. 3 Likes |

Austin163: Thanks. It's really God's favour. Hopefully, it works out fine. What you said is really a good point, because the money in the account peeked at 11m within the four-month period in the statement of account, so I don't believe the final 3m that entered to make a closing balance of 8.34m should be considered lump sum. But just to leave no stones unturned, my sponsor took the time to properly explain it. |

ooa1st: It's one thing to pull through and charge a certain fee but filling a charge back is wrong o there are people who really wants to help but because of things like this they refrain to avoid being tagged a scammer, no wonder we are not taken seriously. It's not the big thing that matters but the little things, there are still genuine people on this platform that can render help in diverse areas. Please let's not refrain them with all this scam, to even render help some people just wave off when they know they can leaving the one in need to suffer it....I understand both parties one does not want to be tagged a scammer and the others does not want to be scammed. But remember an act of good deed can go a long way let's not stop helping each other cause one idiot decided to dupe someone money that cannot be enough to feed himself. Cause if the gurus like @lekkiboboe @frankruben decided to stop helping most would have been stuck to a big wall with no way. But one thing verify who you are using if it's to send his passport ask him. GOD HELP US ALL. 2 Likes |

Aladeope: Your application fee cannot be 125CAD for study permit, it'll either be 235CAD for first time applicants or 150CAD for reapplication. UK pounds sterling to CAD is roughly ratio £3 to 5CAD. So 150CAD is approximately £90 (that is the official rate of what the bank would charge the individual) Chances are they would use have used Black market rate of £1 is N676 to retrieve the funds from you. So 150CAD (£90) should be N60840. Did you agree to a fee for the payment made on your behalf. Anyone wanting to make a payment is best using someone with a CAD or US dollar card. I find the 100 USD dollar a month restriction on nigerian cards absurd in this day and age. E go better. 1 Like |

Pounds was exchanged for 676 at the parallel market yesterday 5th May. Maybe you need to cajole him a little to lower his/her request Aladeope:
