AdoChel:No it's not too long, there are applicants who have written 6-7 pages and got approval, also some wrote 2-pages SOP and got approval Everyone has different stories, it all depends on the Content of the SOP (what the Visa Officer Expects) and how it was written & structured. 3 Likes |

Anon123: Yes, paying through flywire using ones card is damn expensive, but there was an option to create a flywire wire transfer details, then go to bank and fill the form, inputting all those details in the form A. Now she has done it and is waiting for debit to be sure everything went well. Note: paying through flywire using ATM and going to bank with the generated wire transfer details for the school and paying with form A, the difference was more than 600k. So that's why opted for flywire through bank form A 2 Likes 1 Share |

Go to gtbank, open a dollar Account or pay with someone else dollar Account.. you will have to go with USD dollar as USD is accepted all over. Once payment is done u will receive a debit alert. But it might take 15 days before school receives it Officialksolo: |

I am Adaeze, a graduate of Covenant University. I am about to start a graduate certificate program in Durham College Oshawa by Fall 2021 and have gone through the hectic process of getting my visa after deferring twice since last year due to my dads bank statement having too many outflow that may raise a eyebrow. Let me break down my journey on how I got my visa through NSE. 1. I got a visiting visa with my family in 2016 to Canada and visited there in 2017. 2. Reapplied to renew my visa January 2020 to visit my sister who is currently a student. Got denied in March 2020 3. Got admission July 2020 and Paid fees in August 2020. 4. Used an education agency who helped with May sisters application. 5. Deferred to January due to bank statement issue, 6. Got referred to a licensed immigration lawyer in Canada who really helped with my application and understanding why I was denied my visiting visa renewal.( January 2021) 7. He encouraged me to take the IELTS, which I prepared under one month with a kit I bought on IG. I’ll drop the link to the page below. https://instagram.com/theladderagency?igshid=1h2avnmu9z7pm 8. Scored a band 8.5 on my first trial. 9. Wrote a fantastic SOP, I will share once my I get my passport back. 10. Got bank statements from mybankstatement and also paid my complete fees. Another to note. My mum had savings in PiggyVest which stood as my living expenses. The key thing is the finance part, if you can show where all the money in your sponsors account is coming from and explain key reasons why you would gain from this education in your sop, your visa is sure! I got my confirmation message under a month and 2 weeks. I hope this helps someone about to write ielts or having issues with bank statements. Also the lawyer was quite expensive but he really helped in backing and solidifying my application #canada #studyvisa #studentpermit #ielts #mybankstatement 18 Likes 1 Share |

Officialksolo:I don't know your circumstance or your story but submitting a document for an establishment that's less than a year old doesn't seem genuine. It won't be considered an hometie. It's certainly not an essential prove of fund but like I have stated I don't know your circumstance or how you intend to explain the establishment in your SOP. CAC document does nothing if there's no prove the business is active and actually generating revenue. |

hertzz: No, for a student visa, you do not need to travel immediately, but the immigration would always state the time frame in which you must enter Canada. This is always indicated in the letter of introduction. Also, based on the current pandemic, you would not be compelled to travel immediately since students are permitted to study online till December 2021 outside of Canada and still be eligible for PWGP. see link for more info https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/coronavirus-covid19/students.html Regards,

Hello everyone, I am putting together my Canadian study permit application and have some questions to ask. I graduated from secondary school in 2018, what is the best way to address the study gap in my SOP? Also, my sister is studying in Canada. Do I mention her in my SOP? Lastly, can I use a copy of my sponsor's 6 month bank statement or do I have to get his mybankstatement certificate? Thank You @Frankrobbn1 @Justmellow @Adiekwe1@Lekiboboe @NairaLuck @justwise @Akannitommy and other gurus, please advice |

Officialksolo: I'm sure you wanted to write September 2020 better still, it's not possible for you to be paying tax without TIN and you can't get TIN without CAC so using the docs is gonna be a red flag for you because ur tax shows 2018 while VAC shows 2020. |
