Your son his lean and not looking healthy, where as other children in that same school are looking strong and healthy, you didn't sit your son down and interrogate him if he is eating properly or isn't it the same food others are eating he is also eating. He looks like a mature boy of above 14 years. If your son is looking malnourished take home to the hospital for check up.
Other students are looking healthy it isn't the fault of the school. Your son might be a picky eater and you don't expect them to hand feed him.
Sometimes people should think and reason before they do anything
