I have a budget of 1.5m I'm contemplating buying a Nigerian used Honda CR-V (2007-2010) or Tokunbo Honda Accord (2007 -2010) or Nigerian Used Toyota Corolla 2008-2010.

It'd be my first ride. I really won't like car wahala if I buy a Nigerian use.

Would you advise I go for the Toks Accord or Naija CRV.

Thanks

Get a full option Toks 07 Accord..or a very clean Nigerian used for a bit less...it's more value for money than the Corrola

My opinion maybe biased sha because I own an 07 Accord

1.5m is too low for one with a clean title and full duty paid ...

Maybe 1.8 might do

Accord 08/09, camry 08, corolla 03-07 or 09 used. Get a good mechanic or trusted dealer so u get a car with some life in it not a dead or packaged car.

Very apt of you

I used to tell peeps, it takes the grace of God to own and maintain a car.
Just cos you have N5m cash doesn't mean you won't you are able to own a car.
The problem is, are you gonna love that car?!
If yes, that's one wahala and if NO: that's a bigger wahala.
Despite being a proud Honda Accord DC owner, I will say; Car na wahala.
A friend using Camry 2008 fixed AC for almost 100k with stress and time wasting.

if you no like wahala, no buy car.

Your budget won't be able to buy you a reputable tokunbo car ...I will advice you look for a few months used 2003 to 2005 Toyota corolla ...for a beginner that doesn't want wahala

Tokunbo of this car's you are talking about is far more than 1.5m

For your info 2007 Honda accord is called discussion continue while 2008 is called eagle eye but Nigerians call it evil spirit .

Clean 2007 Honda accord tokunbo will go for 2milkion plus while 2008 model goes higher . I have 2008 model Nigerian use going for 1.6m

Just buy Hyundai Elantra.. The 07 /08 it's consumes less fuel even less than all those Toyota Corolla and it's also easy to maintain. With cheaper parts
