Chirowman:
Thats Nigeria court for you

Our Justice System:
The way Political cases got speed and are determined is worrisome because there are so many other cases languishing in the Nigerian Courts today. In law, 'delay is denial'
-that is what the public believes in.
A good example is a case from the National Industrial Court here which have been going on for over 10years and is still pending in Appeal Court till date.
When a Judge saw an obvious injustice but chose to defend a Company because of a big name then where is Fairness? For instance, every organization has a laid down rules of punishment for perceived offences by Staff.Such procedures are well written and documented. Most Companies set up Staff Disciplinary Committee(SDC) consisting of at least 5-6 Members. For example, some States, even Lagos State government have. These Members are selected from different Departments for objectivity and fair- hearing sake and ALL Staff are to pass through it so that other people will listen to your matters.Unfortunately,in this particular case:
-the Company failed to allow the Staff to appear before the Disciplinary Committee yet sacked the staff.Since other Staff went through the Staff Disciplinary Committee,so why did you not allowed this Staff to go through too? Why selective judgment ?
Why was the Company in a hurry to dismiss/terminate the Staff without following her own rules? That is an injustice and very unfair!
-A Judge saw such aberration, but looks elsewhere, like a border- post- the Staff was never called or written to defend himself before the Staff Disciplinary Committee, yet a Judge still gave judgment.
-Up till now the very Company still maintain Staff Disciplinary Committee,so who do you blame for not giving the Staff Fair hearing at your Staff Disciplinary Committee?.
The company omitted such grievous errors and should own-up to its mistakes and Judges should be bold enough to say it as it is not by bending the rules when the March is going on! A good referee don't do that!
The Public is loosing interest in our Justice System.Something urgently should be done to salvage it!

shut up, supporter of criminals. Na una turn d country to what it is today. Shamelessness

And be civil instead of barking like a tout. Who is not corrupt among past and present leadership of this country.. When Atiku was in APC they did not go after him, Now in PDP they find fault. It's all politics, learn to read between the lines.
