Even with the corona virus the UK is way better than Nigeria, Buhari has been shuttling the UK for medical treatments before the corona virus. Most Nigerian thieving politicians dumped millions of dollars of their loots in UK banks. Without the Uk Nigeria is nothing, The UK even paid for and trained the Nigerian so called SARS police, Sadly the UK still runs Nigeria even 60 years after their independent. The UK is also sadly one of the infact Nigeria's main problem.

Nigeria will never ever ever ever be better than the Uk, Nigeria will never be better for Nigeria.

I noticed one thing about Britain is that they judge Nigeria's entire progress by what's happening in the North.

Nigeria is currently the worst country on the planet earth. Nigeria would have been a better place if not the northern part of Nigeria.

Chairman/woman, you are making sense, but am not in support of divide.

I just think that if we can all have a respectful and equality community as a whole.

Tribe and religion need to take a back seat to the community.

Leadership need to come out and say, even when we reach where we can help people, we will only be helping families as if they only have two kids. They need to discourage people from competing to have kids they can't raise.

And many more things.

Keep dreaming, you never know what has already hit Nigeria. You just think abi? If only yu could trace what formed Nigeria from the foundation, then yu wud undastand the unjust treatment mete out to the citizens of the so called Nigeria when they were merged in 1914 with their destinies determined like animals that have no say on their lives.

Mind you, you are still under the British government, you gat no independence and yu are still being ruled from the back door indirectly.

The more you look, the less yu see. Until yu determine yur destinies by yur own mouth and call yur country a name brought out of your essence as Africans, and until the various tribes in Nigeria leave and retrace their histories; only then can peace start coming back.

The brutality with which the northern elites marginalise the common populace is more than the marginalization of the rest of the country.

What they are trying to do is turn Nigeria to almajiris.

pansophist:
The foundation of Nigeria becoming a failed state was laid in 1914, during the amalgamation of the northern and southern protectorate, and the nail was sealed during 1960 independence, when power was handed over solely to the North, to rule a complex country like Nigeria. As the years goes by, the political framework that handed the North supreme power was not revised, no constitutional changes, no restructure, no nothing.

True patriots such as the Igbos that want to split from the sinking ship and bring about changes were suppressed, from the biafran war and their current agitation, all demonized. The South that should have unite and fight against the North are busy fighting for their own presidential turn, such a shame of a people. Corpse do not smell instantly, it takes time. Nigeria died a lot time ago, the sad tale of what it is today is just the corpse smelling so bad that its becoming unbearable .

If anything, I see this as a good news. If Nigeria have to become a failed state, before it get things right, I'll wholeheartedly support it. I'll rather crawl like a snail towards the right direction, than be on a first class flight towards the wrong path. I say let the zoo fall, because it is not a question of "if", but "when" it will fall.

Nigeria became a failed state long time ago, the government intentionally unleashed a bloodthirsty fulani herdsmen on the populace to carry out ethnic cleansing in order to establish a caliphate.
But come to think of it, Britain should shut up, it's all their fault.
