My phone got stolen recently, I have been to the MTN Office situated at Mobil, Ibadan.

I got to know all SIM Cards related activities have been suspended, including Lines retrieving, this is my business line for crying out loud!
My business has been on hold for over a week now!

What can I do please?

These people are clueless and confused. They could have at least allowed retrieving.
