Sad that's the trend not just in Abia alone. If you come to Akwa Ibom, you have a reason to shed tears. Roads under construction developing potholes here and there.

In fact, in one of the roads, 2 days tohe visit of the Governor, FERMA was contacted to fill the pot holes.
