Not true! People write books based on their life experiences. It's better to learn lessons from those who have already made the mistakes and learnt from them. It'll save you a lot of time.

I wonder wen people will come to realise dat life is very peculiar. Wat works for Mr A might not work for Mr B. The best thing is to learn from life itself. But no, they think motivational books will make dem succeed

Books gives you a glimpse into the lives and thoughts of people you will never get to meet in your life, people that lived before you were born. They didn't write these books so you can copy their lives, it's just to get their own perspective, lessons and ideas about life. Because like you said what works for A will not work for B.
