Nigerian Youth Congress has sent a message of Felicitation to Christians on the Celebration of this year’s Christmas celebration even as all Nigerians observes the boxing day.

The President, Nigerian Youth Congress, Blessing Akinlosotu in a message he signed and made available to journalists in Abuja, today 26 December 2020 urged Christians to use this special occasion which commemorates the birth of the Lord Jesus Christ for fervent prayers, selfless services for humanity, peace, unity and love for one another.

Akinlosotu said this year's celebration calls for a renewed commitment to making humanity great, pointing out that the Celebration calls for citizens to show love and kindness to one another through sacrificial giving.

He, however, tasked Christians on the need to be their brother’s keeper, stressing that the season is an opportunity availed to practicalising love and care.

Nevertheless, he called for Prayers for Nigeria government saying 2020 is undeniably hard and challenging for our nation because of the ravaging scourge of COVID-19 amidst other economic and security challenges.
