This time around it was different. They weren't extorting but was rather being appreciated.

dont give police any money or anything....you will compromise them....

dont give any goverment worker anything....they have their salaries....

they are not doing this job for free....

We are all entitled to our different opinions. However, appreciation aren't meant to compromise people, they are meant to encourage them. It is just like when our Governor Dr Obiano gifted one of them in Awka with a car and some money. He didn't do that to compromise him but to appreciate him, thereby encouraging the rest.
