We recently introduced the Writing++ Academy: https://www.nairaland.com/6333262/introducing-writing-academy. It's not your usual come and get work program. With a curriculum designed for both clients and writers, we felt the need to clear the air on several issues:

I have a couple of questions.

1. Where does the training take place.

2. The two articles a day, are they free samples?

3. Would the gigs be issued out after 2 weeks or during the training?

1. The training will be online. We will use a mix of platforms choosing the most suitable means to address issues. A lot of it would be on WhatsApp. Otherwise, get your data ready. �

2. We are not asking you for samples. You are doing daily tasks that real-world clients would typically give to the clients. Established writers will also be working on those tasks so you will end up having access to what they have written as we compare notes and point out what you can improve on and what you have exceeded our expectations on. You will not be paid for whatever you write in those two weeks.

The way we build our writers is to make them pick out websites of their choice in a particular niche and train them accordingly. We will be using this same approach in the crypto niche.

3. Those who have impressed in the training by mutual and peer assessment will immediately commence work on the paid gigs.

Good morning. Seasons greetings. I have a little question. Is the program flexible? I have a lot on my plate but I don't want to miss this.
In regards to the program's flexibility, can the daily 300 word articles be reduced to 200?

What have we discovered? Everyone, I mean EVERYONE, has a unique schedule. And for professional programs like this, allowing candidates to dictate how they'll participate weakens the curriculum and ALWAYS defeats the purpose.

It's like walking up to the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and saying you want to attend medical school only on weekends and you will only take one course and graduate in the same 6 years. But, you tell them, you have immense passion to do it. Nobody ever thinks of that. Especially, when it's a completely-free program.

Can I attend this program as a client?

Absolutely! There is a client component in the program. You need to know good writing to ensure that what your writers deliver what your clients need.

This is a viable way to minimize how many contract cancellations you get going forward.

Besides, you can encourage your writers to participate. Or you think asking them to do so will make them better and you cannot afford them?

NO, my friend. Have you considered that their better writing will help you score better contracts? You pay them more but make much more.

Our program is designed to be niche-wise. The instructors are busy clients themselves. Some of them you know and envy their success.
