It depends on the face- its contours, angles, attractiveness and everything. That's what will determine if the beards is perfect or too much for it or not.

Draw a clock on a piece of paper..
For the first example.. start from 1 on the clock you have drawn and move 10 numbers in an anti clockwise direction you will get to 3.. move another 10 numbers in the same anti clockwise direction you will get to 5..that's the answer..

Same applies to the second sample.. try it and get back..
