I'm seeing a Bearish flag pattern form on the cable though but I think buyers should push price up to at least 1.3950 before a dip in momentum...


BMS at 1.3920 for a valid double top or M pattern down to at least 1.3850...

Or a bullish momentum past 1.3950 which is where I placed my TP

Both options are viable though but relys fundamentally on the USD index

Alternatively, if a bearish trend returns the pair could fall towards 1.3869 level and head further lower to 1.3831.


ANALYSIS
The Aussie has been trending neutral closing below the daily pivot of 0.7783. If the trend turns bearish, then the support level 0.7750 might not hold and causing the pair to fall further to 0.7735. However, if the bullish momentum continues then the first resistance level of 0.7792 may be broken and gains could possibly extend to 0.7819.


ANALYSIS
The USDJPY was trending upwards towards the third resistance level of 108.87. If the bullish momentum returns, then the pair might recover to the resistance of 108.98 and extend further to 109.23. However, if the bear strikes then the pair could fall to 108.28 and possibly break the second support level of 107.82.
