Job Title: Bakery Administrator
Location: Ota, Ogun State
Requirements Have 2 years and above of related work experience is acceptable. Experience in overseeing and supervising the Bakery production process from start to finish. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills as performance monitoring will be done every quarter. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, goal-oriented and must be able to work largely unsupervised. Applicants must be well trained and qualified for the job. Meticulous attention to detail, especially with regard to food hygiene and safety. Highly analytical, driven and focused. High level of professionalism and persuasion skills with the ability to identify the needs and challenges of clients. Experience in planning and budgeting with good ICT skills. Must have knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations, etc.). Must have outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities Coordinates and oversees daily activities and facilitates communication between employees. Handles external and internal communication of the company. Ensures the quality of the company’s products- (bread, pastries, etc.). Delegates tasks to other employees. Identify staffing needs and help recruit and train personnel Coordinates and manages the timely production of all product lines to defined quality standards and customer requirements; and ensures the efficient use of resources. Manage the day-to-day production schedule for the whole bakery (ie all product lines) in order to meet customer orders and day-to-day over-the-counter sales requirements. Develop and instigate operating procedures for the efficient use of resources. Coordination of marketing process, breaking new barriers. Ensure the adherence to statutory regulations and legislation relevant to the production of food Ensure daily stock-taking of finished products Other duties as assigned by management.
