According to the “Ile Ijo” crooner, it may be because the self-styled African giant likes Davido but doesn’t know how best to express it.

May D disclosed this during a question and answer session on his official Instagram page on new year day.

During the question and answer session on his official Instagram page, an inquisitive fan had asked May D what could be the possible reason why Burna Boy “hates” Davido.


Responding to the fan’s question, May D wrote, “maybe he likes David but don’t know how to say it”.

It had started from the time the African Giant lost the Grammy award and Davido went to his twitter page to console him.
Burna was silent for some weeks before he revealed he will be releasing his album on June and immediately Davido revealed he will be releasing his own album that same months seeming like a competition.

Burna went on his page to tweet some derogatory remarks indirectly interpreted to mean Davido cannot sing but bought his way because of his father's wealth.

Since then it has been a tussle between both until they met and exchanged blows at a club in Ghana.
