Fayemi is wasting his own time and, like Saraki, preparing his own political grave. He is an ant who now fancies himself a Lion.

Inconsequential is the word that comes to mind with Fayemi and his laughable Presidential ambition clever Yorubas know Northern hawks are goading him into just to sabotage an expected Tinubu 'steamroller'.

Fayemi is playing Akintola politics no doubt but the environment today is very different to when Akintola and Awolowo faced-off. Fayemi will pay heavily for his betrayal because Nigeria is very tense right now and every ethnic group is having to look at self-survival and liberation from an ethnically-biased centre first before worrying about others.

Yorubas should be first in line to produce the 2023 Presidency because of what the region put in to create and support the current ruling Party that went on to depose the PDP and deliver a Northern Presidency.

Fayemi will have nowhere to hide in Yorubaland if he is seen to have undermined the challenge of the deserving Yorubas, specifically because of the effort and sacrifice of Tinubu and his then ACN, to control the centre.
