A mischievous propaganda is being pushed gradually but Igbos should be wary of it and nip it in the bud now. It's on record that no Fulani was killed in the SE rather they were simply persuaded to leave the bushes they're occupying illegally and rent or lease houses like normal civilized people. These was done peacefully and is probably still ongoing without any Fulani killed or injured. However, in the SW, we have seen videos and pictures of Fulanis who were killed in various places across the region during similar operations. Now, the question is, why are some Yorubas trying to push the narrative that Igbos are fighting Fulanis in the SE when in reality they have done far worse in their region? This is the same old treachery these people always display. In 1966, Nigerian soldiers organized a coup partly due to the crises in the then Western region but they later turned around and called it Igbo coup.

The menace of banditry and terrorism from fulani herdsmen is more potent in the SW than anywhere else in the South, so we Igbos should be careful and wary of those who always want others to do their dirty work for them while they twist the narrative and make them scapegoats.

Asking them to leave our bushes and farmlands they ilegally occupied and rent or lease like other civilized people are doing is the best thing to do and I commend ESN for taken up the initiative despite lack of government support or willingness to do the needful. However, they should resist the temptation and hubris of rushing to the media or to exaggerate things.

We can still achieve the same result without sticking out our neck unnecessarily.

Maybe a yoruba man recorded the video and made it go viral online.

The problem is majority of Ibos are cowards that will never own up to their wickedness and atrocities but will rather look elsewhere to blame others.

Tell me you're kidding about the part in bold. Only a re.tarded Yoruba would worry about a challenge that is dead on arrival.

Igbos have no chance of producing the President of Nigeria in 2023. Nil. Nada.

To claim Yoruba are trying to sabotage the image of Igbos over 2023 is like saying Mike Tyson in his prime is worried about a boxing match with a 12 year old kid who has never boxed a day in his life. Lol.

You Igbos are fantastic comic relief I must say. You have lost the plot completely and are in a delusional world of your own .

These people are naturally treacherous and cunningly evil. Unfortunately, Igbos are open minded and would always want to do things without minding whose ox is gored which may be good in honest societies but counterproductive in dog eat dog society like Nigeria. However, we need to act with tact. Igbos should also be hyping fulani attacks going on in the SW same way they're currently hyping ours.

I don't know who you are, whether you're Igbo or Yoruba and neither can I say exactly what your aim is, but I want to tell you that you're misguided.

ESN is doing a good job by asking the Fulanis to leave our forests they occupied ilegally but all these hubris of portraying it like it's a war against them in totality is very wrong and dangerous. You're telling them to leave and they're leaving, so what's the need of all these braggadocio?

We should be as wise as serpent and do things with tact and wisdom.

Re: No Fulani Was Killed In SE Unlike In The SW by BastardWike: 7:24pm On Jan 05, 2021
I'm beginning to hold Nnamdi Kanu's ultimate objective suspect. It seems he is trying to heat up the polity based on ulterior motive. Because I don't know why he is going about it in this way.

The first battle that needs to be won is that of public opinion. Never portray yourself as the aggressor or oppressor. If they must do any video, let it be videos where ESN people are evacuating the Fulanis in a nice way. Help the weak among them, give them food and water when needed then show that part to the world that all you're after is the protection of your people. Only use force when it is totally unavoidable and no need showcasing it.

We Igbos are the most exposed of any ethnic group in Nigeria because of our numbers and investments outside our region. Every part of Nigeria has suffered in the hands of these Fulanis but let us not be the ones to draw the battle line and take it personal when we can equally achieve same result without total hostility.

So Igbos dey fear like this?

Dear killer Fulani herdsmen, do be informed that if you are found anywhere inside any Forest in Yoruba land, your heads will be mined and used for money rituals.

Human beings live in huts and houses built inside a community, and not in the Forest. Any idiot found roaming Yoruba Forests will be treated like a wild animal and used for money rituals.

You are free to go to Igbo land and Igbo Forests where you will be entertained with their wives and daughters. I have no much to say.
